You need to see through these comments and seek solutions rather than trying the same problem and live with it.
The behavior of B. other
There are several types of men in their environment, and each of them in their environment. Just look at them, hear them, but try to solve the problem of being proactive and off these behaviors.
Complainants
Gossips
Whiners
Negative
Backstabbers
Drivers
If you can handle this type of men in their place of work, you are a long way to try to get a more positive work environment.

There are a number of statements that give reason to the behavior of human beings within their organization and their thoughts. Just consider these three types;
GENETIC: My Grandparents did it to me. (Inherited traits)
Psychic: my parents made me. (Education)
ENVIRONMENT: My husband, my boss, society, economy, etc. is doing this for me. (Environment)
